The plan provides property owners the opportunity to benefit from MLS exposure without loosing their "By Owner" privileges. By advertising directly to Buyers Agents and eliminating the Seller's Agent, Owners save on the Seller's Agents portion of the commission.
After paying the listing fee your property will be entered into the Brevard Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for a period of six months. If you would like to re-list for an additional 6 month listing the fee would be $150.00. |
